Rest & Recovery Fitness Centre is unique to Canberra as we have enough equipment for 1000 members, but we’ve limited it to 200 members, to give the feeling of your own personal gym without the crowds.

R & R members have access to a wide range of equipment and services, with member prices on: floats, massage therapy, physio therapy, saunas, compex and air relax units.

You will have access to some of the best personal trainers who can develop a unique training program for your desired results and goals.
