What is Flotation Therapy?

Flotation Therapy or Sensory Deprivation Therapy was developed in 1954 by Dr John C. Lilly, a neuropsychiatrist interested in the effects of sensory deprivation on the brain. His initial design evolved over time and involves floating effortlessly in a tank or bath filled with a high concentration Epsom Salt solution.

The skin temperature, light and peaceful environment allow you to relax, soothe, provide relief from muscle tension, chronic pain, hypertension and arthritis, and heal the body from life's daily pressure.
