Flotation THERAPY

The relaxed state also involves lowered blood pressure and maximum blood flow. Floating can be passive or active, depending on the purpose. Flotation therapy may be used to complement other body work and healing methods. Flotation therapy is therapy that is undertaken by floating in a warm salt water in a float tank.

Fitness centre

Rest & Recovery Fitness Centre is unique to Canberra as we have enough equipment for a 1,000 members but we have only limited it to 200 members, which gives it that feeling of your own personal gym without the crowds.

Infrared sauna’s uses light to heat your body directly, without warming the air around you.
It operates at temperatures up to 79°C (unlike a traditional sauna, which heats the air up to 82°C - 105°C).
Our sauna comfortably accommodates up to three adults.
